The U.S. Forest Service offers a variety of activities within the Gorge area throughout the year. In an effort to remain current, I'm just going to link to the activities page for the Gorge at the USFS website.

Please note that sometimes events are planned that are not one the Forest Service webpage.  For example, on May 20, 2006 a migratory bird watch was scheduled and was not on their webpage. If you have any questions direct them to the Forest Service, the number is below.

Be sure to check out the interpretative programs held at dusk each Saturday afternoon at the Koomer Ridge Amphitheatre from June through September. For a listing of topics, contact the Stanton Ranger District office.
